Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., TENS electrodes, face massagers, etc.)


Return Process

  1. Email us at support@theroheal.shop or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Attach clear images or videos of the product (in case of damage/defect).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.


Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or wrong items sent by us.
