We currently ship Pan India to all serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier and logistics partners.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹99 may be applied to orders below ₹999 (if applicable).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and link to monitor delivery status.

We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions.
Theroheal is not liable for such delays but will assist in resolving shipping-related queries.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
In case of a missed delivery, the courier will usually re-attempt. If not, please reach out to us.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
